Karen will be speaking on how to deal with the dreaded price issue, terms and conditions and how to avoid talking yourself out of the sale! The topic is :
"It's How Much ! - How to get customers to say yes"
Does talk about price or terms and conditions make you uncomfortable?
Are sales getting stalled at the paperwork stage?
Many sales are stalled or lost when the price has been presented or when the client dislikes the terms and conditions. This often leads to discounting, unprofitable business and agreeing to unsuitable conditions. Price is only one aspect of the overall sales process and most people will pay more money for something they really need and see value in. However most business owners fail to re-communicate their benefits and their value when they talk about price. This workshop shows how to use quotes and proposals to reduce the need to justify price, and emphasise value and benefits so people fully understand what they are paying for and what they are getting for their money.
